Olivella Events & Catering was founded and is operated by the Aminzadah brothers. With over 40 years of combined experience in the hospitality industry, Samim, Tam, Ramin, and Ahmad saw a need for a premier event management and catering company with a restaurant-style focus on food quality and exceptional hospitality.
With existing distribution channels and access to some of the best executive chefs in Calgary, the brothers created a menu inspired by quality ingredients from around the world. As one of Alberta’s fastest-growing restaurant groups, the Aminzadah brothers leverage their relationship with the largest food and alcohol distributors to get some of Alberta’s lowest costs and highest level of quality.
